  4. Save up points. Complete activities on the site and then redeem those points for items in the catalog.

A: No. There is a limit of one account per person, per email address.

A: You can still log in, but you must use the email address that you registered with originally.

Receipt Upload Questions

Q: What is the time frame for uploading my receipt from date of purchase?

A: The product purchase date must be within twenty-eight (28) days of receipt upload for the purchase to be considered eligible.

Q: How do I upload a receipt?

A: Scan or snap a picture of your receipt containing a valid Totino's™ product, click the “GET STARTED” button in the “UPLOAD A RECEIPT” section and follow the instructions. Make sure that your receipt image clearly shows the retailer, purchase date & time, eligible product purchased, purchase price and receipt total. You will find out via email within three business days after submitting your receipt if it was valid or requires resubmission.

Q: I received an email that said my receipt was rejected. What should I do?

A: Follow the instructions within your emails to re-upload your receipt. Make sure that your receipt image is clear, contains a valid product and purchase date and has not already been previously accepted.

Q: What are Totino's™ Best Buds Club points?

A: Points are the currency used in the catalog, and are deposited into your online account when you upload a receipt for a valid qualifying Totino's™ purchase or complete other non-purchase activities on the site. Totino's™ Best Buds Club points have no cash value.

Q: How do I earn Totino's™ Best Buds Club points?

A: After registering or logging in, Totino's™ Best Buds Club program members may earn points by uploading receipts from qualifying Totino's™ purchases or visiting the hub page and following on-screen instructions to complete the various non-purchase activities. From time to time, we may also offer other non-purchase point-earning activities that may be included in the Totino's™ Best Buds Club Website or in other Totino's™ marketing communications. A: Sorry. Totino's™ Best Buds Club points have no cash value. You may use Totino's™ Best Buds Club points only within the Totino's™ Best Buds Club catalog.

A: The reward catalog will end on January 23, 2019, or later if extended by Totino's™, subject to the Totino's™ Best Buds Club Terms and Conditions.

Q: How do I know if I have enough points to redeem a reward item?

A: The number of points needed to redeem each reward will appear below the reward image in the catalog. Your account balance will appear at the top of each page on the site. If you attempt to redeem for a reward with insufficient points, you will receive an error message.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of reward items I can redeem?

A: There may be some limitations to reward redemptions. If a catalog item has a limitation, it will be listed in the item description. If you have enough points to redeem the reward item, there is no limit by day. However, rewards items can only be redeemed one at a time.

Q: How will I receive my reward?

There are three types of rewards that may appear in the catalog, and each are received differently:

  1. Physical goods – shipped in the mail.
  2. Digital goods – emailed to the email address linked to your account.
  3. Sweepstakes items – Winners will be contacted via email with details on how they will receive the reward they won.

A: After submitting your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you within 72 hours. Rewards items that are shipped in the mail will arrive within 8-10 weeks, while digital reward items that are downloaded or printed can be used upon receiving the confirmation email.

A: Generally, rewards will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service. However, some items may be shipped via UPS. Rewards can be delivered to street addresses only; sorry, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

A: Physical rewards will be shipped within 8-10 weeks from redemption, and digital rewards should arrive in your email in-box within 72 hours of redemption with further instructions for immediate use.

Q: I still haven’t received my reward and it’s been longer than 10 weeks. What do I do?

A: In order to ensure that your order was processed, please make sure that you received a confirmation email from us after you redeemed for your reward. You can also confirm your redemption by checking your Account History on the My Account page.

Please contact us using the form below the FAQs, if you received a confirmation email from us, your account history indicates when you redeem points for the item, and it has been longer than 12 weeks and you still have not received your reward.

Q: I received my reward and it’s damaged. What do I do?

A: We’re so sorry! Please tap or click here to contact us if your reward was received damaged.

Q: Can a reward be returned or exchanged?

A: Unfortunately, rewards are not returnable or exchangeable.

A: You can enter 25 times per prize, per day.

Q: How many Totino's™ Best Buds Club points should I redeem to give myself the best chance to win?

A: All prize drawings are random. As long as you enter, you have a chance to win. But the more you enter, the better your chances!
